Establishment and Application of Management Evaluation System for Transmission Line Icing Monitoring Terminal

Abstract The transmission line icing on-line monitoring device, which integrates many functions, such as thickness monitoring, wire tension, micro weather, and image/video can realize real-time condition of lines significantly improve the early warning ability lines. It is foundation a smart grid system. Therefore, how to effectively evaluate operational effectiveness terminal has become particularly important. Aiming at automatic identification defects, this paper establishes comprehensive evaluation system management makes from two dimensions communication index efficiency index. Combined with operation data more than 290 sets terminals in power grid, existing problems are analyzed some suggestions for further improvement put forward.
